This unique rye was originally distilled in Poland and aged in French Oak. The Rye, for some reason, then made its way to the USA where it was further aged in ex bourbon barrels for a total of 7 years. We rescued it and finished it in ex-rye barrels for a few months. The result is a nice spicy rye featuring notes of cinnamon, pine and cherry swimming in a tidal wave of vanilla and caramel. Non-Chill Filtered and bottled at 105 proof.
