Golden Moon Crème de Violette is distilled using the finest hand-selected botanicals available, including blue violet flowers and buds. We bottle our product at 30% Alcohol by Volume, higher than any other similar product on the market. We use less sugar than any other similar product on the market as well, typically about one fourth as much. We believe that the combination of a higher proof and less sugar allows for a cleaner, fresher taste, making Golden Moon Crème de Violette an wonderful classic cocktail ingredient that can also be enjoyed by itself.
